Welcome to Casa Aurora.
Casa Aurora stands for a perfect holiday, a stay in a relaxed environment either in renting an apartment or in a tent on our campsite, with us it is possible. A cooling dive in the swimming pool or being lazy in de shadows of old olive trees. The Adriatic sea with half an hour or simply enjoying the beautiful hilly surroundings of Casa Aurora. This area extends from the Apennines, a medium-high mountain range, until the Adriatic sea at Ancona.
Le Marche can be compared to the well-known Tuscany in regard to landscape and climate, but is not yet that much touristic. Splendid cities such as Urbino, Macerata and Jesi are here, as well as picturesque villages such as Corinaldo, Cingoli and Sarnano. By train from Fabriano you are in approximately two and a half hour in Rome where you can visit all the highlights of the capital by underground. Also cities such as Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio are not far.

The Verdicchio is a white grape that is often seen on the hills around Jesi, which results in the identical white wine, the Verdicchio, in the characteristic amphora shaped bottle. Cupramontana lies in the heart of this region and is called the wine capital of the Verdicchio. At the first weekend of October the famous annual wine festival is being held. Casa Aurora is only about two kilometres distant from Cupramontana.
From 2023, Casa Aurora will have a natural swimming pond. This means that the swimming water is naturally filtered and purified by means of the aquatic plants in the adjacent pond. You swim in natural fresh water, without the addition of chemicals, chlorine, etc. Therefore, access to our swimming pool is subject to user and hygiene rules, no use of (sunscreen) cream or oil is allowed. Our swimming pool is perfect for a nice refreshment, but there is no question of a water park.
On a piece of land of approx. 1 hectare the campsite is realised, where space will be the key word. Casa Aurora may be reached after approximately three kilometres from the provincial highway (SS76) between Ancona and Fabriano. |
